Staff is very arrogant, rude and disrespectful. There was a function the day I arrived and bar and the garden were closed to the guests and they didn’t have a staff for room service and no wines were left.

I chose this hotel for the laundry facilities on a long trip. Laundry was broken. When asked if staff would do our laundry, they said we had to pay the dry cleaning service fees, which was 16 euro per shirt, etc.

Per a negocis

Good location, but peaceful and quiet. Often stay here and enjoy it each time. As I stay for business it would be useful to have a desk/table and office/dining chair in each room. Using a patio on a low couch and coffee table can be uncomfortable. Otherwise, the rooms are very nice.

The hotel is clean and quite nice. Rooms are big. However it is a bit out of town so lots of walking required. It’s not really close to a train or tram station.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s close to two metro stations, shops, restaurants etc. The hotel room itself was perfect for our stay. The room was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. It had all of the expected amenities including a decent sized fridge. Building works were unfortunately taking place during our stay, which we were not informed about. We would have had a drink at the bar on arrival for example, but the building works noise made this impossible. We also laid in one morning after a busy day and was woken by the builders machinery. On check in we found a pizza in one of the cupboards (which absolutely stank) so it did give us doubts as to the cleanliness of the room, but staff very quickly came and removed the left over food. On check in it didn’t feel particularly welcoming. We were given the key and room number very swiftly and were not show the direction of the lift or told the floor number. Our room number was also told to us verbally (rather than just being written down), and as 2 females travelling that felt weird. I had understood hotels did not verbally inform of room numbers for security purposes. Maybe this isn’t applicable in Belgium. We very much enjoyed the location and the surrounding areas. Travel was easy. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The gem to this hotel is the location.

The location was good and we were able to walk to most destinations. Hotel was clean and the rooms were modern and large with ample space. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the AC did not work. The hotel provided fans but they didn’t cool off the room and there are limited outlets. Only one on one side of the bed. We had to unplug the tv to plug in one of the fans.

Clean , spacious room and a garden one can step out to from the lobby . We discovered it is only about 6-8 min walk to a restaurant street . Attentive staff and fast response
