We came as a family and had a good experience overall. Might be better for business travellers than for families, no pool, fitness centre with only very basic equipment, breakfast not catering to the needs of kids. Staff very friendly at all times.

Great location! Very close to the metro station and in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby and the front desk/ staff were very nice and helpful. The room, however, was very small - not even enough space to leave three carry-ons open. The beds were comfortable though.

Close access to 2 train stations, gorgeous view, nice staff, great amenities. I will definitely consider to come back for the next trip to Tokyo.

The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back.
