⭐⭐⭐ Good Concept, Outdated Execution Royale Parc Hotel feels like it probably had its glory days a few decades ago, and it hasn't quite kept up since. The overall concept of the property is nice, but things feel outdated and could use some renovation. The room was on the small side, though it did offer a decent view overlooking the pool, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was below the standard you'd expect for a hotel in this area — a bit underwhelming for what should be a highlight of the stay. It's a decent, no-frills option, but for the same budget, there are other hotels in Tagaytay offering more updated facilities and a stronger overall experience. Worth considering if the pool view and price point appeal to you, but manage your expectations.

Place was ok. But their breakfast should start at 6am or 6:30 instead on 7am. Our room smells like a dump rag but they provided a humidifier. The bathroom lacks lighting and the towels looks better than a used rag. But the staff managed to compliment all of the facility's shortcomings. They were very helpful and friendly.

Well maintained, clean family rooms adjacent to a big pool for adults and kids alike. All staff are very helpful, accomodating and always smiling. Filipino Breakfast is very good, but need more choices to cater continental and foreign visitors. Otherwise, a 4.5 hotel.

Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked to speak to the manager every day about these issues but I was told they are unavailable. On the last night I got upgrated to a bigger room but I feel that I didn’t get value for money and the manager failed to address or even speak to me about my concerns. Otherwise the room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was simple but pleasant. Lots of crew available who are pleasant but they were unable to do anything regarding numerous issues.

Breakfast is limited; there's not enough choices. Getting drinking needs to be serviced by housekeeping but staff are quick to do their job.
