Travelled with my husband and two toddlers (1 and 2.5 year old) and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable. Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! Definitely will come back so we can do more activities at the resort when they’re older.

Easy and flexible checkin, very comfortable room, quite, great location for accessing all that Pokolbin has to offer, great food and drink offering on site at 4 Pines.

Room was fine. Food unavailable after 8 pm which was really annoying after a long drive. No check in staff when we arrived and night porter ( only 8pm) had no idea if restaurant was still serving food ( we would have stayed elsewhere if he had told us no as we booked spur of the moment). Internet in the room was unusable which caused issues for us. Otherwise an ok stay. The cellar tasting was good and the host excellent.

The staff at the reception was great, nice and courteous. The room was ok however the bathroom was not clean at all. We found hair on the wall and little spiders. I could understand the spidera but the hairs not really.

dirty tops when we moved in , hair was in bathroom facilities were basic and the fridge was noisy as was the accomodation we could hear the neighbours. overall we were disappointed. the staff were professional, the 4 pines taproom was nice but overpriced for food choices overall i would not choose to stay again
