We had a wonderful stay at Be Mate Tivoli during our visit to Milan. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of the Duomo, Brera, Sforza Castle, and many excellent restaurants and cafés. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well maintained. Although it wasn’t very large, it was more than sufficient for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only suggestions I would make would be to provide face cloths (only bath towels were available) and to add a few USB/USB-C charging ports. We brought international adapters, but there still weren’t enough outlets to conveniently charge all of our phones, iPads, and other devices at the same time. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Be Mate Tivoli to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment in the heart of Milan.

The location is great but the whole experience was disappointing. The Public spaces leading to the room weren't of high standard. The bathroom was very small and cramped. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for an adult. In general at this price you can find hotels in the area that are better value for money.

The location of the apartment is awesome- close to Lanza Metro Station and within a 15-20 minute walking distance of the Duomo and the Galleria. The staff are very nice and helpful. The 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment is quiet, spacious, and roomy for four adults.

There were a ton of shops nearby. The air-conditioning was not yet working during our stay in late March. Opening the windows was sufficient.

I would clean the rug in the living room. Also the sofa was uncomfortable as the seat cushions kept slipping forward. Other than that everything was great.

This was a 5/5 on 9/10 ratings. Great location near M2 line and castle. Easy communications. Walkable city center in 20 min or less. The only thing that wasn’t great…ac/hear is a two pipe system…on or off. We stayed in spring where the heat is on and not ready for building wide cooling…So we had no air during our stay, but with windows open it was nice.

É a segunda vez que fico no Be Mate e continua no mesmo padrão, localização ótima a poucos minutos a pé do Cathedral. Quartos limpos, e confortáveis. Recomendo muito.
