The location is convenient if you need the railway station. Otherwise it’s quite depressing. Though the hotel is clean and the staff friendly I didn’t like it. The building feels like a temporary shed. Many rooms are on the ground floor overlooking the train tracks. Not a idillic Parisian retreat . And so overpriced for what is.

Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Their club area provides cold filtered water, and snacks. Our train leave in the evening and there is a heat wave in Paris. Beside storing our luggages for free, they let us stay in the club area until we depart.

Luggage storage. Unlike in North America. The hotel can only offer luggage store for the same day pick up. If you need to store your luggage more than one day. You need to find another alternative.

Allotjat amb amics

The property was right beside the Gare d’est which was convenient for exploring Paris and catching our train to Luxembourg. I never heard a train…So quiet. Great breakfast, evening appetizer was a great gathering point before dinner. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Hussein.
