Excelente ubicación. Instalaciones impecables. Excelente desayuno y con mucha variedad. La vista del piso del desayuno es increíble. El gimnasio, piscina, jacuzzi y cold plunge increíbles. El personal del hotel siempre atento. Convenientemente localizado en el mismo edificio del mall.

The staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to take care of every detail, ensuring that guests feel fully supported and comfortable throughout their stay. The restaurant and bar serve outstanding cuisine and drinks, making every meal a delight. On top of that, the hotel boasts a breathtaking view, as it is located at the very top of the building, giving guests the perfect vantage point to appreciate the surrounding cityscape.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My flight arrived early at 5:00 a.m., and they kindly prepared my room for check-in at such an early hour. What surprised me even more was finding fresh bakery items and juice waiting in the room when I opened the door. After a 20-hour flight, it was a truly thoughtful and joyful welcome.

Stunning views, excellent staffing and fabulous breakfast buffet. This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location and adjacent to Elements Shopping Mall. The reception area is on the 103rd floor.
