The hotel is clean. The lobby is well maintained and the hotel staff was helpful. The bathrooms look good. The framing around the beds, along with the chairs in the rooms need replacing and major cleaning. The location is ideal.

The staff wasn’t very accommodating as far as my reservation and early check in one staff was saying one thing while another was basically just trying charge me more money instead of of saying “ I can accommodate you with this or that”. I probably will most likely won’t use indigo hotels again

This stay was okay. First impression was the “suite” was just a decent sized room. Chaise was not a full couch, old and hard. The leather on the bed frame was worn and torn. View was nice. We booked because of the rooftop bar (since there were no balconies) and don’t know it didn’t open until Wednesday. We went Wednesday and it wasn’t open yet. Sat around waiting and went back up at 7 to eat and enjoy - still not open. I called the front desk and 25 minutes later was told they weren’t opening due to low capacity at the hotel. I was NOT happy. No accommodations made. I will say the server at the downstairs restaurant was very sweet. I wish I remembered her name (she has a 5 yr old son) Pride party at the pool was fun and great people watching. Overall, our 5 night stay was “okay” at best.

Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. Great customer service from everyone. The room was excellent and clean. Definitely will stay here again.
