There is no elevator and I had heavy luggage to haul upstairs. The site said there was an airport shuttle but there isn't. Loudest hotel ever- I could hear everyone around me, even a baby crying across the hall. I complained twice about noisy neighbours who kept banging their door past midnight before the front desk dealt with it. Breakfast was mediocre.

On entendait tous les sons de la chambre voisine (#144). Ronflement, les alertes lorsqu'un message entrait sur le téléphone, toutes les conversations, la sonnerie du téléphone de la chambre ainsi que leur musique. Construction de très mauvaise qualité... Ou bien ne jamais prendre de chambre communicante. La fille travaillant au déjeuner est souriante et dévouée. Le gars à la réception de nuit a fait ce qu'il a pu pour faire diminuer le bruit...

Property was underdoing renovations while we were there. No work was going on during the weekend so noise was fine. Rooms were quite old dirty feeling.

A fantastic place to stay! The absolute highlights were the staff, who were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spotless. It made for a very comfortable and stress-free trip.
