古い建物だと思われ、お部屋の広さは狭いほうだとは思いますが、清掃はきっちり行き届いていて、アメニティ類もお茶サービスのセットも充分で、快適に使えました。府中駅からのアクセスも良く、お値段もお安く利用できました。

The room was old and somewhat worn-out, but the bed was neatly made, and it felt clean.
There were origami and adorable rubber duck toys placed in the bathroom, which showed the playfulness of the cleaning staff and made me feel warm inside.
I was a little disappointed that the bath was only available at night, but the sauna was a nice addition.
The security was solid and well-maintained.

周辺で叫び声が聞こえた。酔っ払いの人(居酒屋から出た人？)建物はすぐにわかったけど、行くまでの道がわかりにくかった。

Fantàstic I stayed here for five nights and had a very nice time. The room was clean and the hotel had everything that I needed. The hotel is in a convenient location near Fuchu station.
Two things you should know:
(1) the rooms are small, but cozy
(2) the hotel doesn't have many English signs outside so you might have to search for it
