Room was dirty, still have grease marks on the sofa from the last guest. Waiting to check out in a queue and reception just ignored me and spoke to 2 other people even after I said there is a queue. Breakfast not served until 9am, terrible as I was there on business. Don't bother booking.

M'he quedat amb la família

We arrived 45min before the 2pm check in, exhausted and tired. Staff charged us 10pounds per room for early check in!!! Then said they would charge 10pounds and we can hang out together in 1 room until 2pm. Then return to reception to get access to the other room. Then gave us immediate access to both rooms and charged us 10 pounds!!! Really!

This place doesn’t look like it does in the photos at all. The rooms are dirty and rusty, the lamp in our room different work. Allegedly there was a pool, but I never saw it. Elevator is tiny and can only fit 3 people max. Not in the best part of town. Don’t pay more than like £70 for this, and that’s pushing it.
