Lovely hotel but they didn’t email me my receipt when I used the express check out and now I can’t email them to request the receipt! Please send me my receipt!

The hotel is pet friendly but as someone that does not have a pet, I would of liked to stay in a room that didn't smell like pets. The smell was overpowering when you opened the door. The bedding also smelled bad.

El hotel es muy bonito, el parqueo es gratuito y se encuentra en la esquina del hotel. La habitación nuestra tenia el baño tupido, a pasar de eso el hotel es muy bonito.

Well located hotel in Aventura, 10min walk to malls, many restaurants cross street Secure area Hotel over used and not well maintained , carpets, floors and walls scrapped and damaged. Elevators broken. Over cooled and need to close AC joint and put towel under door even so got a cold!. Room size large but need renovations after so many years visiting still same.
