The shower would only work on full hot water if you tried to turn it down to some colder water it would barely come out of the shower head. The refrigerator would not get cold enough to keep drinks cold.

Definitely disappointed. Our room could have used a good cleaning! The areas behind the chair and table were filthy. The chair arm was torn. Breakfast was available for another $14.00 per person. Totally uncalled for! The room charge was $180 plus. Not worth it. Not even for the convenience to being close to BJH facilities. We were not there on vacation! Will never stay there again nor recommend! Doubletree has always been a favorite place to stay. I won't judge other Doubletree hotels by this one but will definitely be more careful.

A few outlets and light bulbs out. Two bed Queen Room with no chair other than the desk chair We had a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower, which was very nice.
