This hotel had ZERO amenities.Nothing in the room AT ALL except cups and bar soap. They didn’t have the basic shampoo or conditioner bottles. The coffee in the lobby tasted worse than filtering dirt. And not even a basic semi-continental b-fast. One single ice machine and water dispenser on the first floor was super inconvenient. The room was clean, I will give them that, but overall the worst Motel 6 I have EVER stayed at. Now I understand why this was at such a cheap price next to O’Hare. Seriously though, how much are you saving by not supplying the tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles, especially from a traveler who didn’t have his luggage available to him. 1 star!!!!

My daughter stayed here last night and she saw bed bugs climbing on the sheets. She was appalled and quickly checked out and slept at the airport all night, which she said was better than this place. We will be demanding a refund from Expedia. The health department should shut down this hotel.

She pulled up our reservation and then it disappeared and there wasn’t a room available anymore. So, we had to leave and find a new place to stay.

Hallways to bedrooms were very dirty, like if they haven’t vacuumed in months. Beds were very noisy. For the price, you don’t event get little shampoos. I have been staying in so many hotel chains, and this is the first time they denied to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Super 8 is much better

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Carpet in hall ways were especially dirty. Not even vacuumed. Hotel itself was very run down, outdated and dirty! Beds are literally a metal frame with a very skinny uncomfortable mattress. Not happy for the price I paid!
