Fantàstic There are tons of reviews saying this hotel is clean, and they are correct. This hotel is almost comically clean, not a spot or fuzz to be seen. Bathroom was immaculate and smelled like cleaner, bed was fresh, carpet was spotless. Only "downside"

When I entered the room, the temp was 65 degrees, which I found quite chilly! I figured out how to deal with it--the HVAC equipment was very user-friendly.
Reservations were another matter. When I tried to reserve, secondary res agents answered the phone, resulting in such confusion that I inadvertently reserved two rooms for my stay. I now have a business card from one of your front desk agents, so that won't happen again. I hope!
Someone should do something about these rogue reservation "providers". They really are a menace.

The room is always spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave, and the AC works VERY WELL. Everyone that works in this hotel is so very friendly, and the entire place is very clean. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful and yummy, and the coffee is even good! We love this hotel when we are in Clarks Summit/Scranton and will not stay anywhere else!

My reservation was canceled due to an error in credit card even though I was supposed to pay at the property. Thankfully they had another room available. Once there our stay was wonderful. However, in the morning of departure I got a text saying there was a charge to my card that was my original payment so I had to cancel that card and now I have to wait for a new bank card to be mailed so all in all this was a very frustrating experience.

Fantàstic The room was clean. The property was very well maintained. The breakfast was tasty. The gym had all you need. The bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay!
