Perfect location to experience Florence city center. Right in the middle and we never experienced loud noise during July peak season. Facilities seem new and very comfortable room.

Fantàstic Very nice hotel. Located within a few min walk to the train station and close enough to everything you can walk. Good food nearby, morning breakfast was good and barista coffee even better. We were very pleased, really great property.

The hotel is my favorite choice in Florence-nice and clean, in a perfect location for the main attractions and the transportation options. The air conditioned rooms are clean and very comfortable though might be a little small for a demanding traveler. The personnel is amazingly helpful and amicable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Florence. Conveniently located near the train station and the Mercato Centrale. The staff was so friendly, and it was easy to store our luggage when needed. The room was very clean and the AC was cold enough to survive the heat wave! Would recommend and stay again!

We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and although our room was not yet ready, the front desk staff kindly stored our luggage so we could begin exploring the city. They also provided a complimentary map and shared helpful restaurant recommendations. When we returned later to check in, our luggage had already been delivered to our room.
The staff informed us that the refrigerator was fully stocked with complimentary items, which was a wonderful surprise. On the morning of checkout, we were also delighted to find a small treat—biscotti—left outside our door.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
