There’s no warm water! Showering was just not fun, the water is cold. I saw another similar comment and I should have listened but oh well. The room itself is okay, the sheets were clean and the bed is firm but I slept well. There’s a fridge and safe but no microwave. Near the elevators they did have ice and water which was nice. The hallways had some wear and tear on the walls but nothing crazy. I wouldn’t stay here again only because of the shower and no warm/hot water

Room was clean and good size. Good location near Union Station for LAX bus and Dodgers Express bus. Staff are always helpful and nice.

We stayed at his hotel due to the close location to Union Station. The hotel was old and dated. There was a blood stain on the wall and the water in the sink made a loud noise when using. We would probably not stay again.

Staff was friendly. Lobby and hallways dirty and run down. Shower was not hot and floor was very slippery. Room may have been clean but seeing all the dirt on way to room made it feel dirty. Couldn’t wait to leave this morning and will never recommend. Only convenience was the closeness to train station. Only one restaurant near enough to walk to

There was covered parking which we didn't use due to having Uber. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to check us in early which was super nice cuz we are traveling with 2 young kids. We did call ahead and ask first. The room was as clean as it could be considering it's under ongoing renovations. It's not in the best neighborhood. So fyi we didn't go many places... So take it with a grain of salt

I’m baffled by the glowing reviews of this hotel. It is close to Union Station and the sheets were clean. Beyond that, it was depressing, out-dated and my view was of the LA County Jail.

Because this is an older property, each room includes a larger size bathtub. If you love a bath this is an important feature US hotels don't carry anymore as standard. Cleanliness levels good. Having the private parking lot in the building was so helpful and I was able to enjoy the walk ability of downtown. Staff is friendly.
