Hotel was clean and great in every way except the restaurant, Very bad staff in restaurant. The rest of the staff was great

Great hotel. Clean and tidy

The room was clean and spacious. Amneties are good. There were 2 toilets one for latrine and one for bathing. However the toilet for bathing did not have mechanisms to lock the door (maybe thats a cultural difference). There was ample parking. The buffet offered was really good. The hotel was also quite close to the airport (about 8 km away from CDG)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel.It was very clean,spacious. We had a coffee machine in the room,microwave and a small fridge. The bedding was changed every day. We would fresh towels and a two water bottles in the fridge every day.We had breakfast included.Very cute little reception area with so much choice for breakfast.

Arrived at hotel after a late night flight. Traveling with a 10 and 12 year old who were hungry. No food options inside hotel for late arrival guests. The following morning, I requested the front desk worker to call us a taxi to take us close to the Eiffel Tower to another hotel we booked for our second day. The clerk immediately started text messaging someone and then stepped away from the counter to speak on a phone call. He returned and told me the taxi would bring us for $85 euro which is insane. I ended up booking with Uber for $45 euro. I took my family and exited the gated hotel facility and waited near the road. Less than a minute after the Uber request, the ride was accepted and the driver approached from inside the hotel complex. Well, I've never claimed to be the most intelligent but I suspect the Uber driver is also the taxi driver working with the front desk worker. Regardless, I suspect the hotel will not endorse this scam-type behavior. Use caution with hotel staff.

Had a very nice stay and clean room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained and easy to access. What really stood out to me was the exceptional level of service. The team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was that the restaurant is not open 24 hours, and room service is not available, so you can’t order food to your room at any time. Overall, this is still one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

All good except shuttle has limited/few pickup times from the airport

Near airport, excellent breakfast, modern & upgraded interiors, safe & quiet location
