Staff were amazing. Hotel spotlessly clean...very handy for Harry Potter Warner Studio Tour. Would definitely stay again. Pool a bit cold 😊

Poor Service Throughout - Guest Services upon check in - Rude / in a rush - not listening - Room Service - food was cold when arrived and took a long time - Duty Manager was defending her staff as they were busy that night, did not apologise did not want to resolve this Duty Manager was also rude and abrupt Asked for a Refund and refused to give it advised to speak to Expedia

Fantàstic
Lovely room and enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Breakfast was very nice but the evening meal was very poor. We ordered chicken curry with rice. The curry was a mix of potato and chicken but far more potato. We did speak to our server who was very apologetic and gave us a 20% discount which did not really compensate for such a poor meal.

Absolutely fantastic ! Clean, the room was lovely and well air conditioned, tidy and the staff were only happy to assist and the food choice in the restaurant not only was exceptional but suited my partners dietary needs beautifully Me and my partner spent the morning in the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna and that was beautiful helped us relax our achy bones from the previous two days we had once again the staff member could not do enough to advise us on where to go made sure that we had towels and everything we needed What I will say is that one visitor was Absolutely out of order as we was leaving treating the desk staff with utter disrespectful behaviour making a scene I will say that the staff should be commended for the handling of that situation and I will say that should never ever happen to them We will be back to visit 10/10

Had a really good stay. Very friendly staff at check in. Ate in the restaurant which was very nice. Breakfast was fine. Went for a swim in the pool. Lots of towels lying on the floor in both the male and female changing rooms which wasn’t great. Overall, we would return and hopefully they will get their act together in the changing rooms.

Had booked for 3 people and received confirmation, upon arrival was told at reception they can only accommodate 2 people! Refused to refund the costs for the 3rd person.
