Bé For the price you pay I expect more. There was nothing “wrong” per se that happened it just wasn’t a wow experience for the price. Roof leaking from MULTIPLE points in the lobby and dining area. The coffee or snack bar whatever that is was either closed or didn’t have anything to offer. The breakfast at nomo soho kitchen is not as great as people make out to be, don’t listen to the fake hype. Otherwise hotel entrance is beautiful and IG worthy, staff was friendly rooms were clean but TINY. I got the deluxe king suite apparently but I have no idea wth a regular room would look like cuz this was just enough space for the bed. Location is PERFECT. That’s the best part.

Bé Great great location. Horrible rooms. I booked two hotel rooms and throughout our one-week stay, we experienced numerous issues with our accommodations. The hotel staff made efforts to address the problems and we were moved to different rooms twice. Unfortunately, even our final room had ongoing issues. By that point, however, our stay was nearly over and another room change was no longer a practical solution. Big shout out to Jeff and Jennifer who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as could be. They were the highlight of our stay and if I could, I would make them managers of the property because they know how to do customer service RIGHT!

Genial Great location, friendly staff and easy check-in. However the room itself was a little outdated and it’s advertised as sound proof and it was quite the opposite. Could hear the neighbors very easily as they were coming and going.

Per sota de la mitjana Checked into our room to find hair all over the bathroom, in the shower and elsewhere.
Flagged to management and they discounted our first night. We still ended up spending $675 for 2 nights which is insane for a property in such poor condition.
Second night was fine. However property has very noticeable leaks in the lobby, offered coffee that was empty and in an area in disarray.
Staff was pleasant and friendly but the property is really old and not kept well.
Further, our room didn’t have a little fridge.
