Staff always very nice and helpfull, great vibe. Its a nice place in a nice neighbourhood. Lots to do from a walkable distance. Enjoyed it very much.

Incredible family owned business. This place is a hidden gem in San Antonio! The staff is excellent and always available. Rooms are cleaned throughly. They have a sister property cafe and the food could have a Michelin star. Especially for the price, you cannot ask for anything better. They have a happy hour from 5-7 and it is the best deal in town. Sara, our bartender one night, was exceptional and they all are fluent in both Spanish and English. If you want to be taken care of, go to the Hostel Mari! I’ll be back.

We arrived at midnight when the day of our check in was 2 pm and they still let us store our backpacks. The room was clean. They even scheduled a taxi for us in the morning.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. We had room 503. Top floor. With a whole terrace and another small one. Very clean. Comfortable. Inviting. Bathroom was great. The terrace changed it all! The gentleman who checked us in was also an awesome start. Nice! Good location yet far enough away from the hustle. Few blocks away from some great water views. We Ubered to Old Town across the island and it wasn't too far. All in all, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Hostal Marí had a cosy, relaxed vibe with very clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff were polite, attentive and made check-in and check-out easy. Nice central location close to bars, restaurants and transport. Overall a great base and excellent value for money
