Fantàstic
The hotel staff were amazing and always accommodating and friendly. There was a free latte machine that made amazing cappuccino. Just a note: the hotel is under construction as of this review (05/2026) and while construction did not start until 8:00 AM it was incredibly loud all day! Forget about a mid day nap. The bed and room was wonderful.

The staff were most friendly, we were accommodated with an early check-in. The room was large and spacious with commanding views of the city over the canal. We were given an orientation from where we were in the city. The rooms were well laid out and very clean. We were close to transportation, restaurants, retail, and historic center. We would come here again without concern.

Convenient for centre and restaurants. The hotel is probably 50 years old and has been kept up to date. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is available in the underground car park and it is advisable to book. The main station is about 10/15 minutes walk away. The bus service in Groningen is excellent and good value. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves a good breakfast. The staff were excellent throughout the stay. Groningen itself is a lovely city

The check in was fast and friendly. There is coffee in the lobby as well as coffee maker in the room. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Area was safe and not too far from the train station. The ice cream was a nice addition!
