It would have been nice to have a larger sitting area outside the room. The breakfast area was full of people watching soccer which was fine, but since we missed breakfast it wasn’t ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn-35th St/Empire State Bldg. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options each morning. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great value, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lugar muy céntrico, limpieza y amabilidad del personal muy buena. Solamente el área del comedor deben de mejorar, los sillones se encontraban en mal estado.

A bit tired as hotels go, and the rooms are small, but that's very typical of New York City hotels and this chain. Location is perfect, 4 minutes to the subway on 24th and Herald Square, 10 minutes to Koreatown for Asian food options and supermarket. Got an okay gym, and breakfast is included. No in-hotel laundry, which is a shame, but to be fair, not many hotels in NYC has that. Overall, I thought this to be a good value for money hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spacious; could use some updating. Elevators are not good. We waited over 10minutes for an elevator when we were checking out. We ended up having to carry our luggage down the stairs. We didn’t eat breakfast because there was no room to sit. Location was nice. Close enough to Times Square but not right in the middle of the craziness.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing, breakfast was sufficient. The only thing that needs a little love is the lobby and breakfast area
