Per sota de la mitjana Not that I ended up not fully staying at the room upon entering the room we found a roach in the bathroom on the floor. I asked for a different room that’s when I was advised that there had been a tenant with the previous roach infestation I looked at another room the AC unit had this weird loud squealing to it. I then proceeded to go downstairs ask for a refund as I’m waiting at the front desk. There’s a roach crawling on the wall, which is where the “breakfast” is placed at every morning. Rooms were not clean

Genial The staff was very polite and friendly and willing to help. The air-conditioning worked well. All appliances were working properly.

I was checked into a room that was already occupied which was embarrassing for all parties involved. I checked into a second room and in the next morning the tub was clogged and the sink in the kitchen was leaking from below and water was all over the floor. When I went to the desk no one was there for an extended period and I ended up calling. Maintenance had the weekend off and the manager was not in. Nothing was done.

The bath room lights not working. According to the stuff they cannot replace because there no maintenance staff. They have wait for over the weekend. Shower in the dark.

Woke up to the sight of roaches. Started looking around the room and noticed there was old food crumbs under the bed with old wrappings. Also noticed trash stuffed under the AC unit.
