Great location, attentive and helpful staff, rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was top notch, a big hit with the three teens. Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Sydney.

The air condition outlet was making sudden noises in the middle of the night. It happens twice, once at around 12 midnight and another time at around 4am. Rather scary.

Arrived late (10:00pm) and check in went smoothly. Hotel very close to a train station and chinatown (great food options, you should go). Room had AC and was clean. Great experience.

This was a lovely stay. The beds were a little too firm, but that is my only complaint. Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room.
