Fantàstic
Deposited my bags as too early for check in. Japanese male staff at reception speaks good English and very helpful too. Didn't realised we had stayed here before many years ago! No wonder my husband found the path along the railway so familiar. Happy that we have chosen this hotel again. Thank you

Affordable hotel near Nagoya Station. Good staff, clean room and the size is quite big compared to other Japanese hotels I have been to, breakfast buffet is one of the best, free drinks( tea, coffee and juices throughout) the day. We will always stay here on my next visit to Nagoya

It was the best hotel I have ever been (and I have been to a lot)! The staff was amazing, super helpful, even holding the elevator door for us! I am definitely staying there again (or the same chain) next time! Thank you for your hospitality!

Estada individual

Wonderful place, very convenient location, clean, safe, and friendly. The breakfast was also nice and served for a good 3.5 hours. I also appreciated the relatively early check-in and late check-out, for Japan this is not so typical. I would love to stay here again.

Didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast on 1st floor restaurant due to construction. But the hotel is very convenient and clean, staffs are helpful and nice. They might not very good at English, but that's definitely not a problem at all during my stay. you can tell they are really positive, enthusiastic and try to help you. They also gave me a list of nearby restaurants. Definitely wil come back if visit Nagoya in the future.

The staff were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. So many varieties of different cuisines. The staff at the breakfast were outstanding. The room was lovely and clean. We might opt for a bigger room when we come back in two weeks time.
