Nice, fairly basic room and convenient location for Central station. Ideal for a one night stop. Some rooms have balaconies and some a julliet style one.
Downside was the shared access as it’s in an apartment block with a small lift. This was mostly fine as there are locked partition doors for the hotel rooms but these were often left open - we were in pairs so felt fine but a solo female might not feel as safe

Wonderful staff couldn’t do enough for us - breakfast tray in bed was a lovely touch as was the location close to central station as well as the metro

It's a bit like and Air BnB setup. Front desk is only available from 7:30 AM to 1 PM. Entry to property and room is managed by keypad and code. We arrive Milan train station around 11 AM which is way early than check-in time. Inform the property and they got our room ready when we arrived at the property just before 12:00 PM.
Place is clean and spacious and conveniently located near the train station (about 10-minute walk). Air condition worked but is a bit weak.
The area is a bit shady with lots of gratify on the wall and on business' door. I heard rowdy noise at 2 AM from the street. Did not feel the are is unsafe when walking around though.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, so it seemed quite warm in the room most of the time. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The room in the picture is not at all the same we were booked in. It was not in the least clean. There were streaks on the walls. The glassware was dirty. The floor had not been swept and some persons contact was on the bathroom floor. The shower drain was clogged and the water started to seep through the walls into the bedroom creating a disgusting puddle. We also never heard back from the host and breakfast wasn’t received. This was the worst stay for our trip.
