We were a bit disappointed with this hotel/motel. It wasn't bad..I guess it just didn't match our expectations for BW properties. Staff was helpful & nice, room was just OK. I didn't realize that this property was about 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Next time we'll choose something in town and pay a little more. Breakfast was good standard eggs, sausage, etc.

There was no staff on site to help us check in after many hours on the road, only a video screen that kept telling us there was a problem with their system and to come back later. It was around midnight, we were exhausted and the air outside was smokey from the wildfires. It was such a terrible experience with family and a dog. I would not recommend.
