Fantàstic Family of 3. Stayed at the 10th floor. Amazing spacious room, clean, with skylight. Practical separate washlet room, wash sink and huge shower room. Free coffee and ice, 24/7 at reception area. Polite, helpful staff. Fantastic location in Akasaka and close to tube stations to take you everywhere. We did not enjoy the breakfast- was 6 set choices that we didn't like. Would have been better if it was buffet style. Elevator needed more attention to be cleaner.

The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. My wife injured her knee and they gave herva walking stick to help her get about, and a wheelchair for use in the hotel. Extremely grateful for their assistance.

Fantàstic The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, although slightly smaller than other places I have stayed. With that in mind, the size of the room was still comfortable, clean, and met all of my needs. There are a lot of excellent shops and restaurants nearby. It is very close to the train station and was very convenient and walkable. Thank you so much to the excellent staff for all of your hard work.

Our second annual stay in this little hotel. We booked two rooms with breakfast along with our flights to Tokyo on Expedia. We didn’t notice when paying on Expedia that the breakfasts had been dropped. This resulted in confusion at check in which was not resolved in our favour. Attempts to contact Expedia helpline were a nightmare which added to frustration. Bottom line: hotel is a modest satisfactory. Expedia should be avoided for booking.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel for convenient area and somewhat calm location. Also good base for people who have packed days planned and aren’t looking to spend much time at the hotel, since there are no amenities and the rooms are really small.

A great place for our short stay in Tokyo. You are walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful sightseeing locations. Also close to the metro.

Amazing stay! The staff were very polite and helpful. Great location, close to many tourists attractions, 7-eleven across the road, many restaurants/bars in the area, and metro stations around 3 to 5 minutes away. Breakfast was delicious. 100% recommended
