Everything was good. But they needed to step up on the breakfast. It was hit or miss with being stocked. Lo action was fine. Staff was very helpful some had broken english. And was hard to understand. But very nice

The reception staff were amazing. Very friendly and worked efficiently to get the queue down. The room was clean and tidy with comfy beds. It was only the breakfast that was poor. Arrived for breakfast at 9 (breakfast is 6:30-10:30) and there wasn’t any orange juice, no teabags, no forks and no milk!! When I asked for these things, here were the replies - “No orange juice available” , “decaf teabags only now” , “here are some forks (he brought 3 out for the approx 20 people waiting)” and finally, my personal favourite - “you will have to wait 10 minutes for milk!!!” If this was a one off I might let it go, but we stayed 2 nights and the same the next day. Except this time, there were teabags but no croissants for 20 minutes. Only soya milk available. Such a shame as the hotel was lovely. Won’t stay again though due to the breakfast staff.

The rooms were spacious with a ginormous bed. Everything was very clean. The hotel breakfast is included which is always helpful not having to pay for an additional meal when on vacation.

I have stayed here several times to attend events at the O2. Since my last stay there had been a remodelling of the ground floor, adding more rooms and a smaller reception area. The restaurant area was much smaller, the food service area considerably reduced and with it the food offered. Yes the cooked breakfast was still there but the fresh fruit salad was gone, the fresh fruit was limited as well. Everything was crowded together with no space to circulate around the food area, a disappointing change The bedroom however was clean and comfortable though a strong smell of cleaning fluid as though had been deep cleaned. The staff were helpful and allowed me to change room when I noticed a problem with the door on the first one.
