I personally enjoyed the staff. When I arrived I asked for food recommendations. We ate at many different places but the places they recommended were by far better than the rest of the food in Venice. If you ask the staff will even make reservations!

We have stayed before and love this quiet hidden gem. If you want a tasteful well designed boutique hotel, this is it. Close to the best vaporetto stops. Great little cafes nearby.

Entrance was hidden a bit and that’s what added to its charm. Right next to some of the most delicious restaurants we have ever eaten at. Clean, beautiful, and a very friendly staff. Would stay here again!

The place is very well located in Cannaregio-a close walk from the train station and away (but not too much) from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The facilities are modern and have good taste. However, the standout is the staff. Every single person is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcome through our stay at all times. Would definitely come back and will definitely recommend.
