We stayed one night before our cruise. The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room, but it was quickly resolved with an upgraded room location. The morning breakfast was very good with a nice selection of scrambled eggs, yogurt, pancakes and yummy pastries. We would stay again and recommend this hotel!

I like the place the area since it was close to every scene in part of Rome however, I was disappointed when I paid 5% service charge for the hotel which in my opinion was in my bill prior to arrive, but the gentleman in the reception told me this is need to be paid after I pay and I questioned him if this is mandatory, he said no, but he already charged me

Being completely remodeled so some workers are around making a bit of noise in the day but no real problem... very ample rooms compared to other Rome hotels and really excellent breakfast buffet . Also a very nice touch was the free water, tea and coffee and a host of crossants, cookies and rolls in the reception area at all times. A block from a busy street but secluded in a perfectly quiet and super safe location, yet just a few minutes walk from the train station, collossium and forum.
I have been to Rome 5 times and would definitely stay there again.
