The front desk of the hotel. Charged me almost $200 more than my on line reservation and they offered no help to offset that! I thought the $20 per day parking fee was atrocious! I e we I’ll not stay at a motel 6 ever again!

The staff is mean and sometimes for no reason (specially the indian girl with a ponytail). The area is unsafe, we saw two Police raids in only the 2 nights we stayed there. The room smelled moldy and humid. The hallway to the 2nd floor smells like cigarrete eventhough the zone is a no smoke zone. The rooms look clean but you can tell it was not clean properly. It is NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. The area is shady and there were many nightlife individuals clearly intoxicated, smoking and with hookers (I dont blame the women working like that tho). The worse hotel we have stayed. Look for others at the same price point, it is not worth it.

Location was great to venues. Also right off the freeway. Only complain is they didn’t provide shampoo. I usually tat el with some but forgot mine .

Staff was very rude and I needed an exit pass to leave the property and they made me wait in line just to be able to drive off the property they simply could have just gave me a exit ticket

This is a VERY budget hotel that shouldn’t charge more than $50/night. Missing lobby ceiling tiles w activity dripping water. BR floor covered in multiple different hairs. Tub spigot broken- could only shower. NO room amenities AT ALL- not even a box of kleenex!! I canceled my return stay as soon as I checked out! Oh! And morning desk girl surly
