The room was completely unsanitary we couldn’t even remove our shoes in the room or bathroom. Literally theres pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The towels are folded but full of hair and the bed linens were not cleaned… full of stains and marks. Also very noisy and extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone is not even working. No line at all. I dont even think cleaning products are being used to wash the surfaces as everything is oily. Still waiting to see if they will reimburse to 2 days I didn’t even stay. Oh yeah fresh puddle of human piss right by the stairs right next to our bedroom when we left. Not a standard we should have to endure. Hope to hear back from the manager!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were great. I will definitely come back to stay again in the future.
