Room's Air Conditioning was broken and had to go to the front desk twice to get a confirmation that someone was going to come fix it. Was later told when the person arrived that they couldn't fix it, and because the hotel was fully booked we couldn't get a new room just a couple of old very noisy and small fans. Nothing else was offered to make up for the issues (it was easily 28 degrees celsius in our room, it was cooler outside). Later when we went to get takeout for dinner staff did not acknowledge us patiently waiting and we're somewhat rude. They also tried to get me to pay for my pizza twice. This was the last night of a belated honeymoon that was supposed to be 6 years ago. The demeanor and treatment of the staff on top of the discomfort from the heat the night before what would be a long journey home was very stressful and left a bitter taste on what should have been a simple and laidback end to our trip. We would not recommend this hotel as there are at least 2 others in the same area for similar prices.

This will be a bit long but its worth a read if you are staying with family here. We arrived late afternoon and the room was warm and smelled a but musty . We dropped our son, turned the AC down a little ( it was on but set to 20 and still very warm ) and went to return a rental car. We got back 40 min later and it was still warm smelled worse and the carpet inside the door was damp and we noticed the tile on the ceiling was a bit askew and had a lot of water damage. We went to dinner and figured we would mention it when we were returning to the room. I told the young man that had checked me in and he said oh ok we know about that. A pipe in the ceiling comes loose and its leaking. I will come up and fix it . He arrived and was unable to fix it so he said turn the ac off and my manager will come . I said ok but we need to sleep early, we have a flight . He told me we would have to wait. At one point I had the room door propped open to cool the room and 1.5 hours later nobody came , the room was hot and I went back down . He was gone another guy came up and said same thing he knows it leaks . He just turned the ac on to 15 and said its going to leak. Sorry about the disruption he says and leaves. It dripped ALL NIGHT. The floor was soaked. They charged me 241 euro to listen to water dripping all night and to deal with the smell. Ive never complained about a hotel like this but man it was gross. No discount , no new room and dirty, worse place ever stayed

Staff was helpful but the building and rooms are in disrepair. Our bathroom had mold and was not properly cleaned.

Belle chambre et propre à/c fonctionne bien

The room what basic but just what we needed for one night stay before our flight. We loved the breakfast. Fresh and tasty.

There is no airport shuttle offered and you have to take taxi ca $20 euro or train

Convenient location to the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Plenty of parking is available. We found the staff friendly and helpful at check in and check out. The breakfast is included and had a lot of variety both hit and cold. There were fun activity centres in the lobby set up for kids, but I enjoyed them too. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay, or longer.

Visited during the Paris heatwave, as an American it was pretty hot in the lobby and rooms to us but probably standard for Paris
