J’ai passé seulement une nuit au Grand Hyatt et je suis arrivée tard en soirée. Ainsi il est plus difficile d’avoir une opinion objective étant donné que n’ai fait que dormir sans utiliser les différents services. Par contre, le meilleur point en leur faveur est leur situation géographique près de tout à Séoul. Si je revenais à Séoul, je choisirais cet hôtel pour mieux l’apprécier.

Bad experience! Every restaurant booked by other people, and the other facilities also with private function, so we can not use the pool, neither the restaurant!!! I NEVER will come back again!!! I pass!!! Nothing close to the hotel!!

Excellent hotel. It is 15 minutes up and down a steep hill to the nearest subway so we mostly used Ubers although they are relatively cheap. There’s a huge bar area as you walk into the hotel but no real lobby so you either have to order food or drinks but nowhere really to just sit and chat and chill which I think is a shame for a property of this scale

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower
