very nice staff, clean room and bathroom, shopping mall is 10 minutes wall

The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!

Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…

Lovely area, great price. We fell in love with Hammersmith area. Room was tiny considering we had to include a crib in our room. No A/C but thankfully windows open with the fan on helped a lot to make it tolerable. Bathroom fan was broken and couldn't be fixed until we returned but the staff were very friendly and helpful in other ways (like replacing the towels extra because they weren't drying due to the high humidity). Yummy breakfast options nearby - we had the juices across the street, & yummy pastries at the italian cafe across the street. Plus TONS of options once you get to the hammersmith train station & the plaza near there. Lots of options including for our toddler & myself as a vegan.

Very nice - albeit fairly small (not unusual for London!) - room with modern and clean bathroom. The hotel itself is well positioned near bars, restaurants, local shops and a 10-15 minute walk to Hammersmith underground and bus stations.

A small, comfortable, clean hotel with very nice staff. It was in a nice area and close to the tube. I would definitely recommend it, especially as the price is good for London. It is also close to places to eat and drink.

Solid place for a great price. Perfect for a solo traveler.

The shower hard to get in if your big but good other wise
