The condition of the room was awful with dirty, ripped carpeting, a lumpy bed, no decor and scratchy towels. It felt like a college dormitory room. The staff was fine and I didn’t complain about it because I couldn’t deal with the hassle of changing rooms after traveling all day. Perhaps rooms on other floors are updated. The hotel also had no lobby area where you could just sit, only tables and chairs for bar service, not ideal for children or teens. The location is okay but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. There’s mostly bars around, not many restaurants. It is very close to the central and circle tube lines, but the tube is quite expensive. It’s close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London so the day where we explored those sites, the location was convenient.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My daughter lost her bag with her passport in it yesterday. We thought all hope was lost! The station supervisor called the hotel and let them know they found it, and the hotel staff tracked us down to let us know we could go back and pick it up today! That kind of service is unheard of and was absolutely amazing!!!

Great location near Tower of London and TUBE Tower Station. Room and hotel in very good condition. Used Executive Lounge for refreshments and light breakfast. Self serve with reasonable choice. Only minor issues with random hot water temperatures and sticky shower door. Would stay again.

AC leaking upon arrival. Very dated and lots of wear and hair in the room. The breakfast I would describe as a car crash with low quality food in a room that is far too small for the number of guests. There is a first and a Last for everything

Perfectly amenable stay. Nothing spectacular and nothing terrible. Area near the elevators smells like urine because the lobby washroom is there. Not sure if it was just for my visit. Also air conditioning can’t be set/adjusted.
