Solicité una habitación pequeña pero al principio aparecieron cucarachas a lo que me queje y al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación sin costo. Luego de ese incidente todo fue perfecto

Boutique hotel that was cozy, small pool with warm water and helpful staff. Breakfast only, available for purchase. Our room for 2 people was small but my family stayed in the doubles (4 people) rooms and they were nice. My only issue was some very loud people checking in at midnight, there are noise signs but people don't care nor the staff made sure they were quiet. Overall I'd stay again

Despite my limited Spanish, my overall stay was great. Staff were really helpful. I left my watch in my room and I didn’t realised. It was the hotel that messaged me while I was already near the airport. The hotel’s receptionist handed the watch to a Uber driver who came to meet me at Guadalajara airport 30 minutes after. I’ll definitely stay there again.
