Nice and comfortable hotel located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, with enough variety of options. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The outdoor pool was also a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was VERY helpful and convenient. The room and the lobby were amazing. The staff were great. The only problem I experienced was when I tried to Chromecast Netflix to the TV from my iPad. At first the Chromecast device wasn't working, and a technician kindly spent about 15 minutes getting it to work. But then it turned out that Netflix deliberately prevents their ad-supported tier from casting to that particular TV. So that's not the hotel's fault, that's Netflix being petty and trying to pressure me to switch to a higher tier. And it in fact makes me *less* likely ever to switch, because that shows what kind of company they are. But the Hyatt Place was great. I'm very thankful for them!
