Rooms are super dated and in need of upgrade Shower head was clogged Pipes sprayed water everywhere Hair dryer but no plug near any mirrors They charge for faster wifi like its 2005 ! Regular wifi keeps getting disconnected You go in expecting Ritz experience but the property is sadly very disappointing Staff are nice and friendly though But the rooms feel like you are back in the 80’s

Hotel looks good but residents part is old. Lots of bar and restaurants. But worst valet parking. They crashed my ferrai and tried to make us pay. Hotel manager stepped in to resolve

This property was outstanding. The level of service was excellent and the name recognition by staff members was great. Everyone offered very friendly service, but Asher at the front desk went the extra mile. The staff members at the breakfast restaurant were also awesome.
