Location is good and not so good, depending on what people appreciate -very close to a metro station and to the B Bintang Pavilion (mega mall), also facing a very busy street next to an all-night super loud karaoke venue. The place is ran down, in disrepair, grungy, musky. The photos completely misrepresented the place. Would not recommend it to my friends.

Firstly hard to find entrance, than receptionist was
very rude, we have to climb two stairs with heavy
bags, than cockroaches in the room crawling all over
Check out time another lady was nice and helpful
