We couldn’t valet at your property and that was extremely inconvenient, your dining room wasn’t open but you could still order from the menu in the bar area, our waiter was the bartender and he was excellent. I am handicapped and getting in and out of the room in a wheelchair was impossible. I had to walk in and out then sit in w/c. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet I had to soak it up with towels.

Staff is so nice here! They have a spacious drop off pick up area, you cam always easily get into your uber. Their breakfast is actually good and I like that they have spacious room.

Unfortunalaty the elevators were out and we carried out luggage upstairs (3rd floor). I am 66 with a knee brace. They offered to have luggage brought up but we could not wait due to commitments. The room was at 80 degrees when we arrived and had to rush to prepare to our appointment in 15-20 minutes so it seemed even hotter. We tried to get a drink but took a while as bar tender was fixing a keg and getting ice. When we tried to leave he was no where to be found so the desk attendant took care of us so we could close out. Too many issues for premium hotel ($$$) Otherwise, a great location, facility, room and staff.
