The first day we arrived, unfortunately the room smelled like someone smoked leaves in it. Furthermore, the hotel has seen better days. The Breakfast was good but ended way early, at 9:30 AM. Staff was great and Location was amazing… Just the lack of TLC to the property and rooms was disappointing!

From the airport, the shuttle driver was very attentive and help with some questions we had. Very convenient to have dinner until 10pm. They have vegan/dairy free options! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are as expected. Clean and good size.

Hotel is somewhat shabby and worn down. Bar in lobby closed (no explanation). Desk attendants were efficient enough but I wouldn’t categorize them as either warm or welcoming. The beds were, as always, amazing. Getting quickly ready for an early morning departure was almost impossible. Nearly all the toiletries were empty and the kicker was the blow dryer that blew only cold air. Most of these issues have to do with attention to detail but doubtful I’d choose to stay here again.
