Large rooms - high ceiling ++ Big shower ++ Soundproofing of rooms ++ Rooftop restaurant food was amazing !! So was the view 😊 Minor issues... TV did not work Phone to reception didnt work Shower... 1 evening with cold water only Sometimes long waits at the elevator... there is only one 🙃

This hotel came well below our expectations. Our room was barely ready even an hour after checkin time. The room was disappointing: two small windows, very dark, not at all what we were lead to expect. The high price was not reflected in the quality of the accommodation. Restaurant staff were excellent at breakfast. But this is not a hotel we would rush back to.

We stayed for only one night to attend Friday's South of Heaven event at nearby Stadsweide - what a shame we weren't staying longer! Our room was HUGE, the atmosphere is positive and fun, and we didn't have nearly enough time to explore Maastricht. That means we must come back when we can! Highly recommended 💯🔥
