A stunning hotel, with super friendly staff and excellent amenities. We stayed for 4 nights and, apart from a small hiccup with our check-in, everything was absolutely brilliant and we have nothing bad to say. The room was lovely and had exactly what we needed, the location was ideal, and the snack/refreshments station in the lobby was a fantastic addition and made the heatwave much more manageable. We'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast scrumptious. Fantastic location, so close to Potsdamer Platz. Cannot fault anything at all, would definitely return.

Breakfast was generally good with some exceptions - coffee machine coffee not hot, no berries in fruit selection. Nice and clean with attentive staff.
