Fantàstic
Perfect location, our room had the best Hotel room view ever overlooking the Campo. The room itself was huge with 15 foot ceilings and nicely decorated. The house was an oasis in a busy tourist area and quiet with double panes windows. Not a full service hotel with only limited front desk hours if this matters to you.

Amazing location in the middle of Siena and the view of Il Campo and the medieval bell tower was cinematic! Large comfortable room, high ceilings and furnished with character yet with a modern bathroom—walk to everything! Would return here in a heartbeat!

The location was amazing. I will never forget the view. Room was huge and access to restaurants and shopping. Also fantastic. We want to go back again already.

My first time in Siena and this Rooming House turned out to be a great choice. The view onto the piazza is a real bonus, as is the great location in the heart of the city. The host was lovely and a great communicator. The room itself was fantastic and spacious. I would recommend it and will book again.

The room we were assigned was immense. The views from the 2 double french doors was amazing - in the corner of the piazza right next to the tower. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite modern and spacious. The room must be used for parties orother events as it was much much larger than any room we've ever stayed in. The entire property was spotless clean. We had a chance to speak with some of the family that owns this and you can tell they take great pride in it. They assisted with getting a taxi upon oir departure which was VERY helpful considering getting one in the morning is near impossible. Our great thanks to Viola and the rest of the family. We had a gantastic time and plan to return for a longer stay.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location, the beautiful building and rooms, the amenities they give you in the room and local snacks and drinks make it 5 stars in my book. But what really makes it special are the staff. The communication and true kindness and friendliness they showed my friend and I were unmatched. I felt taken care of. They provided us with recommendations and were happy to store our luggage and offer us to stay in the beautiful sitting room if we wanted to relax as our bus wasn’t until later

The view of the famous square is gorgeous. The hotel manager is thoughtful and helpful to prepare us for the parking in advance. The location of the hotel has nothing to blame. Generally it’s a great place to stay for Siena.

Lovely place to stay and very central . We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the square . Viola was very welcoming and ordered taxis for us .
