주차하기 편하고 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 다만 성수기가 시작되기 전이어서 그런지 욕실 청소상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 객실은 치운듯한데 욕실이 ㅜㅜ

작년에 이어 올해도 대천으로 여름휴가 갔는데 숙소는 대천323콘도로 했어요. 아이들이랑 해변가기에 좋은 위치고 주차장도 넓어 주차도 편하고 무엇보다 객실이 아주 넓어요. 전자렌지, 전기포트도 있어서 편하게 지냈습니다.

예약 사이트에는 객실이 오션뷰인지 상가쪽 뷰인지, 선택 할 수 있는 정보가 없었는데, 도착해서 오션뷰는 요금을 추가해야 한다는 안내를 받게되어 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 미리 선택사항에 넣으셔야 할 것 같습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 일반 원룸형태라 특히 불편한 점은 없었으나, 창이 작고 베란다가 없어서 오션뷰라 하더라도 객실에서 보는 뷰는 기대하지 않는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다. 메인 먹자골목에서는 좀 떨어져 있고, 전체적으로 관리되어 있지 않는 느낌이 있었습니다. 탈수기가 있는 점은 편리했고 사장님께서도 친절하셨습니다.

룸컨디션도 좋고 바닷가 바로 앞이라 아이들과 묶기 편했습니다. 주차장도 잘 되어 있어서 매우 만족스러운 여행이였습니다.

예약한 날 대천에 폭우. 전화로 체크인 하루 연기 요청했는데 사장님 흔쾌히 그러시라..하시면서 응대하시는데 완전 친절하시네요. 매우 깨끗하고 해수욕장 인접이라 언제듯 가볍게 산책가능해서 더 좋았습니다. 근처 또 갈 일 있으면 다시 예약하고 싶은 곳이었습니다.
