The mattress was so thin & hard & we asked for another room which they said they didn’t have. We did not stay there we left.

Very disappointing stay. Two people for 3 nights. Lack of hotel availability due to long weekend forced this booking. Room did not even have spoons for coffee. No plates or bowls for breakfast. No cutlery despite having a microwave. Floor not clean. Bathroom curtain filthy. Only one flannel supplied. Other residents had same 'experience'. Never to return!
