We had an amazing stay during our family vacation in Seoul ! ! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the old town of Seoul . It made exploring the city so convenient.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Busan. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting with family!

Unfortunately there was hair left in the room when we arrived but we informed the front desk who were very prompt in coming to review the room and it had been removed by the time we came back to the room after going out.
There was no iron in the room but one along with an ironing board was brought up to the room fairly quickly once we asked for one from the front desk, someone also came to collect them once we were done so although it would have been more convenient to have them in the room there was little trouble in getting them when required

An absolutely fantastic located hotel that, if I visit Seoul again, I will be wanting to stay one more time.
The rooms were well sized with lots of in room amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, ice bucket) that made arriving a breeze.
The breakfast that was part of my booking was top notch. A very large selection of eastern and western options and (as I discovered two days in) a fabulous custom order omelette/egg request station. It made for a very good start to the day.
I was impressed with the location, with the main craft shopping street immediately behind and accessible from the hotel. There are so many places to eat and grab snacks.
The hotel also had a free guided tour being publicised on the in lobby screens, featuring visiting the Palaces amongst other places.
TL:DR - an absolutely brilliant location, great nights sleep and 100% recommend.

Best shower ever in any place I’ve stayed. We picked a room with three single beds for my husband, adult daughter, and me. It was close quarters for sure but the beds were comfortable and with my husband being 6’4” it was a good choice. The view is unbeatable. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountains and Seoul skyline.

The room was small, but it was perfect with three beds, a tv, a bathroom with a bidet, separated by an area for the sink and then the shower. There were toiletries in the bathroom if we needed them. The entire room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful when we needed anything. We used the washer and dryer upstairs and that had detergent for purchase. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to be near the market, near the smaller boutiques, there was everything there. Even for late night snacks we could go downstairs to GS25.

What we appreciated the most about the Insa Ninetree is its location - close to Insadong, the palace, Samchubgdong, and many essential spots in Jongro (Chunggyechun, Kyobo bookstore, Gwanghawmoon). We were able to walk to places enjoying what Seoul streets offer - all kinds of restaurants, cafes, and stores.
The premise is clean; the bedding felt so new and fresh, and the pillows are amazingly plush. Our room looked down to the temple nearby and we loved opening curtains every morning to see the beautiful streets below.
The staff was helpful making check-in and out easy and providing detailed answers to any questions we had. Thank you to the facility crew - they are the least intrusive, yet the result literally shines.
